Fabulous hair but service lacked a little. Didn’t give me consultation on my hair colour before highlights, no head massage on shampooing and didn’t ask how I wanted my hair styled at the end. I usually go with marlita and she goes above and beyond but she was fully booked. This is not a complaint really, just an observation
