A really good, thorough wax. Very little pain and Natalia was lovely throughout. It was also fast without feeling rushed in any way, and Natalia checked for any stubborn strays or ingrowns with a delicate touch. Really pleased I tried this venue!

Natalia was very friendly and super detailed. The manicure was very clean and thorough, the only downside is the selection of gel colours. The colours were really muted /odd tones but the normal polish choice was good so I opted to change to that.
