If I didn’t ask I wouldn’t even know where’s loo. On bed is FABRIC sheet and fabric pillow which was covered in stained towel. To cover myself I was given old stringy towel. Shock came when the lady didn’t use anything to spread products but her hands. She used ONE spatula for whole hollywood - I found out only when she was doing the back. Then I saw nasty wax pot. Tweezers weren’t in barbicide or sprayed before use. She didn’t check if i was happy with results -just left. No customer service.
