This is my second time coming and it’s been a pleasant experience on both occasions! They really effortlessly make you feel welcome with smiles and I also got offered a lovely coffee too! Fransy did my hair this time, she took the time to listen and understand what I wanted and I left feeling super confident with healthy hair and long bangs, a look I wasn’t sure would suit me but I will definitely be coming back next time to get them done again! Thank you Fransy and the rest of the staff!

I asked for highlights. There was a misunderstanding and I was given dark low lights. I had to go back for a second appointment. It didn’t look neat or natural at the front, but the hairdresser fixed it so we got there in the end.
