it's a scam!I bought a gel removal for my mum. At the shop they first removed the gel, to then claim afterwards that my mum had a 'special' type of gel (absolutely not true!) and they made her pay extra in cash. DO NOT GO!

I had already paid for gel infills on treatwell in advance which was what I got when I went there and was £28 at the time if booking but I was made to pay an extra £12 in the salon!! I don't understand why I was made to pay extra and was confused. The technician didn't make it clear. This means I paid £40 total for the service. I have been going here for about two years but the prices have gone up so much recently-from £28 to £40 for an infill. I will not go here again!!
