The gel pedicure is a misleading term. Apparently there are different nail treatments under that title. My selected treatment was an express pedicure. Though it says 45mins my treatment took less than it. Soles were well done though. A gentleman did my treatment so I am not sure who Ann was. My hands were done well (cuticles are not included) finished in a clear polish though the lady explained it was not included
