I had a nail extension removal which I thought had too much reliance of the drill and it often hurt my nail bed…there was some confusion on how to book a biab manicure…you cannot add the £10 biab on top online and have to do it at the salon.

Very friendly and chatty person who carried out my gel removal and the vibe was fun but she wasn't very thorough, leaving some polish on my nails. I was also charged more than quoted, just because a few of my gel nails had already come off. Bit disappointing, wouldn't return for nails as it's not as good as my usual place.

I use this salon a lot. On that day they had reduced staff and a few customers. So my pedicure started later than the booking time. However Nail Artis 2 did a good job.
