Nails look good and my tech was nice and responsive to my requests. I was surprised that the reception man told me I’d have to pay £35 extra on top of the £67 I’d already paid to get a brown blooming dot on a neutral base when the site says £15 for nail art. He took my phone with the design before I’d found the colour before coming back this price. Not sure what 10% voucher the description is referring to I did have a peppermint tea but this pricing is unclear and unreasonable v other places
