Jasmine was amazing and took great care with my nails (which look incredible) It was my first time getting BIAB and she really helped me understand the difference between it and gel. She was extremely lovely and ensured I was happy at every stage.

Good BIAB, although didnt do a proper manicure (cutting cuticles etc) which I expected. And not much choice of BIAB colours, but they said there would be more soon
