There are still problems with the card machine (after more than a year). I received a text message 30 mins before my appt to say the machine wasn't working and to bring cash, which wasn't possible for me. This is really frustrating. I was able to pay by paypal instead but it was pfaff and added extra stress and admin to what was supposed to be a relaxing self care treat. Please sort out the card machine and/or have a notification on all online orders to give people time to prepare.
