Went in for a patch test, and Meana was friendly, reassuring and listened to what I wanted. Decided to go ahead and book an appointment to get my eyebrows done. Don't think I would have if it hadn't been for her professionalism.

Experience was okay- I only go there because they have Lycon wax which is less painful….but defeats the point a little if they are less than gentle.
