Arrived 30 mins early but still had to wait until my actual appointment which was slightly frustrating as I could see available staff just sitting around. The front waiting area seemed clean. The beauty room was not up to standard as it looked messy in general and the floor was sticky with wax which was horrible to walk on. However, mehnaz seemed nice and very helpful with information when I asked questions about other treatments. Decent price including the discount for the treatment.
