I booked Elemis dynamic facial , when I arrived , Kay told me one enzyme was running out and couldn’t perform this facial . I’ve changed to try luxury facial . And I later found out they are using Elemis products for all facials. It’s very generous and this shop is very trustworthy

Staff are very friendly. Mehnaz has been doing my waxing for a few years now. She is very tentative and competent. My leg waxing was done professionally and with minimal discomfort.
