The actual massage was good but the attitude of Louise was bad from the start. I'm not sure if it was her last session of the day but it seemed like I was an inconvenience to her. She wasn't friendly & kept going in and out the room saying she hated the door - so wasn't relaxing. The session also started late. It's a shame as I had heard good things and was hoping this could be my new local salon.
