I don’t like leaving a bad review as I love this salon but I was disappointed with my manicure today. The shaping took too long - the cuticles weren’t trimmed properly, the paint was started too high up the nail, very thinly applied so you can see through it in patches - it looks grown out already. My hands were under the UV way too long because it wouldn’t dry on wrong setting. It felt like the technician was a trainee and everyone has to start somewhere but todays treatment wasn’t worth £35.

Mini was amazing as usual, she’s so lovely and pleasant, plus she’s great with massages, especially if you are very tight like me and you need a heavy hand to help you!
