Have been on previous occasions, am a teenager with acne issues,and has been thorough and did as described. pleased with results prior. This facial was to extract dirt clogged pores however upon return home noted problem areas such as nose had been neglected…blackheads still rooted and deep blocked pores elsewhere not cleansed. Am very concious about face and seems to be money not well spent. slightly upset

When I don't fancy waxing myself this is the go to! Kay has great attention to detail and is an amazing conversationalist. The staff here are all good at making you feel comfortable and I am confident in their waxing services - in two years I have never left with a Complaint like I have other waxing salons.
