Extremely disappointed in my brows. Showed her a picture of last time, insisted for her not to take much hair off my brows - as minimal removal as possible. Ended up with extremely thin brows which weren't symmetrical, looked like the McDonald's 'M'. When she applied the dye onto my brows,she applied it to compensate for how much hair she took off and it looked horrendous. wish I could submit a picture. I want a refund. She also made me miss my train and tried to 'correct' by removing more hair?
