Disappointed by my experience at Le Crisadore. I booked Sunny for my deep tissue massage but the receptionist had not communicate to me that Sunny would not be available due to an emergency. I told her, that is fine, how comes I was not informed before arriving e.g a call, or told when I checked in? This led to an unpleasant & unprofessional back and forth from the receptionist & in front of Louise, the replacement to Sunny. Better communication is needed from the team to avoid future issues
