I was left waiting for 35 minutes with no explanation or warning as to why. I started to become concerned I would be late for my next appointment (which I was), which certainly didn’t make for a calming atmosphere. The lady who did my massage was lovely, but it was not a deep tissue massage and should not be advertised as such. She did check in on the pressure a few times. I asked for more the first time but it become obvious it would still not be a deep tissue massage so I gave up!
