I had a hot stones massage with Louise. She was very attentive and checked to make sure I was comfortable throughout. I felt very relaxed afterwards.

I was made to wait an hour for my appointment with little update of why or apology. During the massage the masseuse wiped the oil off me with blue roll tissue after finishing each section, which is scratchy and of course not relaxing.

Was explained thoroughly about the laser process and what to expect. Had a patch test and no hair in that area from just a patch test. Eager to start my sessions but due to skin type I have to wait to start. Kay was welcoming informative and I even got a leaflet explaining pre care and after care. Lovely clinic in Catford if not one of the best
