Louise was absolutely brilliant, but on arrival the receptionist still had her coat, hat and scarf on - and the venue itself was a little chilly, which I felt meant they'd arrived moments before us so it didn't feel very welcoming. It is also a little grating this venue doesn't take card payments anymore in 2023 - especially when half the local ATMs don't work. But Louise was really fantastic and my Indian head massage was perfect. Just what I needed after a very stressful week.
