I was sent into the room on time and told to get ready. I then lay there for 15 mins, and I could hear the therapists chatting outside. Eventually I had to put my top back on and go outside and point out my appointment started 15 mins ago and I needed to get to work afterwards, at which point they came in and started.
Facial was ok, but it felt like there was a lot of filling time with massage, like a head massage which just made my hair greasy. She should also wear a mask as she was coughing.

The wax was really good as usual. However my appointment was 15 minutes late. I was the first appointment of the day so I don't know how this happened, and it's not acceptable because I took time off work to come so I don't want to be sitting around waiting.
