Ok. This is a personal feeling, based on my experience. Eye contact with your client is important. I didn't feel that I got that with Louise initially or her colleague that finished off my treatment. Happy to have a conversation to explain, but the whole experience just felt a little strange, compared to other beauty salons that I have been to.
