As usual everyone is so friendly and attentive here. Shanti continuously checked in with me throughout my wax. Some feedback would be that I did specially book with Kay and wasn’t informed that she wouldn’t be doing the waxing. Apart from that it was a good experience. Thanks!

This was my first time at the salon and Sunny made me feel so at ease despite the fact hollywoods can be awkward! Easy to talk to and made the treatment so much less uncomfortable. Sunny was extremely thorough as well, I'm really happy with the results.
