The steam and massage part of the facial was good. However, it wasn’t relaxing or luxury and I was given no skin analysis and no explanation of what was happening. No details of facial at all. Juna did tell me she wasn’t feeling well at the beginning but if that was the case I should have been booked for another time. It was just okay for the price. I booked Juna as the reviews were good but maybe she was just unwell.
