I’m really disappointed with my LVL, my lashes have barely lifted. I have been back to the salon to discuss this and was told to wait for the beautician who was in another treatment, I waited for 15 minutes and asked how much longer she would be and was told an hour. I wasn’t going to wait an hour so I left and have tried to call and the phone line won’t connect. The lady who did my lashes was lovely but the treatment itself was not good and I’d like to rebook or a full refund please.

I've been a regular since waaaay before covid, probably since 2016...The salon is amazing, the girls are amazing! I live waaay out now, in a different county and I still travel to Catford for them...Says alot!
