Really disappointed - my appointment started 25mins late, the room was so hot & for a pregnancy massage really uncomfortable to be in. The place wasn’t clean & they purely used a bit of industrial tissue to cover the blanket that was used for the previously client. The massage was uncomfortable & felt very much like a deep tissue despite asking to apply lighter pressure. I had to stop the massage half way through, yet they still charged me. Very poor.
