Very disappointing service. I booked a massage for my partners birthday and upon entry, was not acknowledged. The venue is small and the person at the front counter was engaged in a lengthy conversation which limited space. We had to wait for the masseuse to set up and the massage finished before time . The masseuse was mediocre in skill and there was no conversation to navigate where special attention needed to be enforced. I paid prior to drop off yet there was still confusion.
