Used the same waxing strip on my legs several times…waxing done two days ago and there is still hair on my lower legs because they are clearly trying to cut corners to save money. The waxing room was absolutely disgusting. It needs a fresh lick of paint. Because of these two things, I’ll never go back there. I feel sorry for the therapist who is clearly just doing as she is told by the management.
