I am waiting to be contacted by management regarding a refund for my appointment. While the nail artist was very sweet, my cuticle was cut so far back it did not stop bleeding for the entire appointment and I had to bandage it up when I got home; it has still not fully healed. The shellac manicure also peeled off after only one week. I called about a refund but whoever answered didn't seem to speak very much English and just said someone would call me back, which hasn't happened. Such a shame!
