The experience was carefully & efficiently performed with interactive conversation.This helped to disguise the fact of no calming background music which may have helped the anticipation had it been my first experience.
Overall it was quick & could've been improved with asking if I had any allergies or sensitivity to the product used.i wasn't adked my preference on strips or hot wax ?.
