Shanti was very professional, considerate and welcoming. I had two treatments and she discussed with me which would be better to do first and we agreed on this. She was very thorough and sensitive to my needs with the pedicure and did a great job. It was the same with the facial, felt very relaxed at the end of it, only thing I would suggest is to use a little less oil on the hair during the head massage especially if you are going out directly afterwords. Would definitely recommend.
