The staff's friendliness and the quality if my massage were absolutly perfect. My massuse made small talk at the beginning of my treatment but went quiet as soon as I stopped talking so that i could enjoy the treatment. The massage was a deep tissue and it did not fail to deliver. She applied exactly the right amount of pressure and I left feeling like a new woman. I had been moving house the week before, lifting heavy boxes and furniture and also I have a toddler who insists on being carried everywhere so I really needed a deep tissue massage!
The spa had herbal teas and instant coffee on a table to serve yourself, which was nice but normally when I attend a spa your drink is served to you so I found that part a bit odd. They also had old issues of Stylist magazine on offer to read which I found a bit odd because that's a free magazine given away at train stations. And although the place seemed very clean and tidy, when I used the toilet after my treatment I noticed they didn't have the hot water tap turned on. These are all small details I know. So if you want a great massage from friendly staff then this is the place to go.
The lady who did the facial was very friendly and gave me some good advice on how to look after my skin as well. A very relaxed atmosphere and friendly service. Wasn't as keen on the owners who were eating chocolates whilst sitting at the reception area which somewhat goes against the health and beauty aspect of the clinic.
