Great hospitality! Waxing area was very clinical, (as warned) a bit of low music or something to make that room more inviting/welcoming and a little less hostile (intimidating for first timers) for ambience would be 👌. The toilet area was average & somewhere to place belongings would have been advantageous but I would go back.
