When I first walked in I was sad to see the staff giving each other treatments knowing they had a booking. I was also made to wait an extra 5-10 minutes when there were no clients in for treatments. I assumed it was due to the room needing to be prepped, but that wasn't the case as I was walked in to the room with the beautician at the same time.

My visit was very enjoyable. I have been to this salon before and I have always had a lovely experience. The treatment itself was very good and relaxing and I plan to go back regularly. The staff were also friendly and helpful.

I booked the massage as a treat for my cousin, unfortunately due to traffic and parking, my cousin missed her appointment. I quickly telephoned the salon, the staff member was very understanding an polite and happily re arranged the appointment. My cousin described it as a warm, calm and relaxing experience and would definately go again.
