Very nice and pleasant lady. I loved the fact that she cleared blackheads. However it was the luxury facial but did not have any wow factor except the blackheads (not many actually clean them). I got the deal for £20 and it was worth it.

The venue is pleasent and nicely decorated. The staff were very friendly, but I was kept waiting 25mins for my treatment. The treatment was relaxing but no where near enough pressure for me to call it a deep tissue massage.
