The Hot oil massage itself was lovely, however, the massage therapist didn’t introduce herself or ask about preferred pressure or problem areas to focus on. Facial was also great but again, as far as communication, I had to ask what was being done to my skin and why, etc. Coming from a former therapist I was taught to always inform the client about what they are having done; and moreso during a facial, briefly explain each step that is being done to the skin and why.
