I am not so sure about all these five star reviews.
I felt that the massage was rather body scrub like...and the treatment wasn't relaxing at all.

Painless Hollywood wax. Staff were welcoming, friendly and professional. If you have never had a wax or one of their other treatments you are missing out. Go and have a try, I promise you won't be disappointed.
Very good value for money and Kay was great - very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend for bikini wax.
