My first trip here had been amazing. I was so looking forward to coming back but unfortunately I had a different therapist and my experience was not the same. The facial includes a head massage and neck/shoulder massage. Previously my therapist had given the head massage while a face mask was on rather than leaving me lying there. My facial this time also felt a little rough and not as relaxing as before. It was still lovely and I will be back but I will perhaps try and get the original therapist again. If only I could remember her name. She was amazing.
