Very peaceful visit and my therapist was genuinely lovely. The area where my treatment took place was a bit dirty, there was residue all over the floor so this made me feel a bit nervous as it was my first time there. I would return again.

Worst experience ever!
I kept telling the person waxing me that the wax temperature was too hot but she kept saying it needed to be a certain temperature, I didn’t say anything because I trusted her considering I had had all my waxing done by her the precious times.
Got home and I felt feverish and unwell. I also noticed burn marks and bruises where my skin had come off and these were in places where I told the lady the wax felt too hot.
She didn’t wait for the wax to dry properly when she was doing my bikini wax which made the whole experience even more painful.
The first time I got waxed here was really good hence why I kept going back but the past couple of sessions I felt really rushed and uncomfortable.
So many things were wrong with my waxing this time I feel a little traumatised so will not be returning to this place.

I was on time but the pedicure start late, and I could not complete all the treatments because everything run late and took longer, I was not happy with the manicure and the pedicure not well done!
