Friendly staff. The stones felt uncomfortably hot at times and although the therapist apologised when I mentioned this, she did not attempt to cool them down and so I found the massage uncomfortable. The noise from staff talking and laughing in the receptions area carried through to the room and so this wasn’t the most relaxing experience.

Excellent service, the facial massage following the threading is a lovely touch.

Great service as always, Bishnu was as friendly and professional as ever! Just a shame there were a few equipment issues and but still left with lovely nails
