I went to this salon for the first time for a last minute facial and Shaima was absolutely amazing. She made me feel relaxed and explained what she was doing every step of the way. The salon was fully booked so when I asked the reception if there is any availability for lvl lashes, it looked unlikely but the workers were able to arrange for me to have them done. Very accommodating, flexible, friendly and welcoming. In terms of the treatments themselves, the mini facial was well worth the price as it included a steam and extraction. Shaima was thorough and attentive. When having my lvl lashes done, again Shaima was great at keeping me informed of each step and kept me calm which resulted in an amazing outcome. Found my favourite new place near work. Really pleased with the service!
