Facial was good... even tho I didn't see any difference
Also did my lashes, I'm not too happy about it's very uncomfortable glue too close to my eye lids, glue very rough and hard which is Making it difficult to remove these lashes.

My appointment was booked on 12, I’ve spent 32 minutes sitting and waiting without any word how long it will take. My eyebrows were done in less then 3 minutes. No apologies just blaming another member of staff btw. It doesn’t matter which of you made a mistake or not, it’s always on a solon name! If you know straight away that you have a delay half-hour let a customers know! No discount no voucher nothing, that’s how they care about regular customer...
