The staff is very friendly and nice, they listen to your needs. I was disappointed to see that my shellac manicure did not include any cuticle work or anything, a really quick file was all the lady did. I expected more for £30 (which I consider above standard in the area). The lady did a good job but the shellac didn’t last that long - I started seeing small chips after a week.
