I was made to feel very comfortable with this being my first Hollywood wax. It was a lot less painful than I had anticipated and I would say that's partly down to the lovely staff.

As pain-free as a Hollywood wax can be - Shaima is an amazing, friendly and attentive therapist and always makes me laugh. I'm always pleased to have her do my waxes for me. Would always recommend this place for any treatment - it's clean, bright and every member of staff is lovely!
