After a bit of a fumble with the door 😂 I was greeted welcomly and offered a seat in the lounge. Shortly, I followed my therapist through to the treatment room where I was able to remove my clothes and freshen up in private. This was my first ever wax and I was very nervous but Mehnaz put me at ease, she's reassuring and talkative and kept the conversation going the whole time so there were no awkward moments. The pain was so much less than expected and I'm so pleased with the result! I would definitely recommend the Hollywood hot wax and will be back for another very soon!
