Friendly staff. The stones felt uncomfortably hot at times and although the therapist apologised when I mentioned this, she did not attempt to cool them down and so I found the massage uncomfortable. The noise from staff talking and laughing in the receptions area carried through to the room and so this wasn’t the most relaxing experience.
