I’m a regular, however on this Ocasion I had a massage which is unlike me. Cleo talked me through the process, she made me feel comfortable and listened to where I was in pain. Cleo in fact gave me great words of wisdom which I appreciated. I love all the staff there - it’s really like a home away from home!
