Very friendly staff and excellent service. Another reviewer mentioned hearing noises during the treatment, I did hear some conversation from the next room but therapist was apologetic and signaled to them to be quieter. Can’t see what else they could do as it’s mot a massive spa. The whole experience was lovely and the staff are very customer focused.
