The facial was good and staff so friendly. Head massage was ok as well. However, I think the speaker was broken inside the treatment room as there was a loud buzzing throughout the whole hour! It actually gave me a headache :( I mentioned it but maybe it didn’t bother the lady doing my treatments as much. I just found it so distracting! The main reason I go for a facial and massage is to relax and this noise was so loud kinda ruined it for me. Didn’t want to leave a bad review as my skin is really soft now so treatment clearly worked and friendly staff but the noise was off putting. The extractions weren’t the same as I’m used to with other salons who just extract one blocked pore at a time, the metal tool was scraped across my chin and forehead which was quite painful and not sure if that’s the correct method? Thanks for the treatments, sorry to be negative just wanted to be honest, thank you
